Ford GT Pwr Steering Rtn Line Hose

This hose replaces the power steer hose return line.  As the cars approach their 20th birthday, it is well known that this return line hose has been deteriorating from the inside out.  It is easy to inspect this hose at your next oil change interval.  In the best case your original hose will be sticky/gooey.  Most 20-year old OEM hoses are becoming so porous now that we will typically see them dripping with power steering fluid.  As you can see from this pictures, this is a direct replacement - constructed entirely of hose made specifically for power steering systems.  This is NOT rocket science - it's a damn return line hose that never sees pressure.  Replacement is straightforward.  You can remove the OEM clamp at the power steering pump and let the fluid drain and then remove the other end of the line from the reservoir.  You can choose to re-use the OEM clamps with this replacement hose or you can choose to use the extended tail stainless steel camps that we provide with this replacement hose.
